Special Instructions

1. Student will not be allowed to leave the school premises before Dispersal, even during test or exam days. It is inconvenient for the parents as well as the school authorities. If any function at home/child is not well, don’t send. Half day is not allowed.
2. Any exam, Oral or written will not be taken before or after the prior date given for it. If the child is not coming, send an application with parent’s signature to the reception.

   Reception Timing	Winter	10 a.m. to 12 noon
   Principal	Prior Appointment

4. Tiffin’s will neither be accepted at the reception nor at the gate. (by the watchman)
5. If you take the bus facility once you can’t discontinue it. Bus fare will be charged for 12 months.
6. If In case of change of address or mobile number, do inform the school reception or to the class teacher in written (The school may have to send some important information or SMS).
7. The leave for more than 2 days in continuation should be sanctioned by the Principal otherwise the name will be struck off.
8. Indiscipline student will be terminated from the school.
9. School gates will be closed sharp at 8:05 a.m Summer and 8:35 a.m. in winter. No child will be allowed thereafter to enter the school premises.
10. Student must take care of personal belongings. If a lost item is found in the school premises, it shall be returned to the student. However all personal belongings, it shall be returned to the student. However all personal belongings must be marked with name, class and section of the student.
11. Class room must be kept neat & clean. Class cup- boards must be properly maintained.
12. Parent’s teachers meeting are arranged to enable the parents to know the teachers of their ward and to know their day to day progress and problems. Parents are not allowed to visit the class rooms or contact the teachers outside the prescribed hours and day.
13. Students should take care of school property. They should not write or scratch on desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school nor should they damage property belonging to others. Any damages done to the school property must be reported immediately and remedied by the offender. The decision of the Principal in this matter will be final.
14. Students are warned not to buy and eatables from the street vendors.
15. All the students must speak in English with in the class and school premises. English conversation as far as possible should be maintained at home.
16. Students should go home straight after the school instead of arranging matches without permission or on the way visiting friends or attending birthday parties.
17. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.
18. Report of violence in any form inside or outside the school shall result in the rustication of the pupil concerned.
19. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, negligence of home work, frequent late arrival, willful disobedience or conduct injurious to the tone and discipline of theSchool will be seriously dealt with
20. A student who uses unfair means during test will be given zero in the subject Repetition of the same will result in dismissal. Any student who is found tempering with marks in the Report card and other school certificate will be asked to leave the school.
